I spent four lovely days at Villa Cora with my family and felt completely pampered by the staff, particularly Vanessa, who was really good. The hotel, with its stunning architecture, provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, though I did find the walk back to Florence a bit challenging in the heat. Breakfast was truly a highlight, featuring an abundance of delicious choices, and the pool area was a beautiful retreat, even if finding a lounge chair could be a bit tricky at times.

The hotel is set in a quiet, green area, giving a resort-like vibe, while still being a reasonable distance from the city center. The free shuttle service was a nice perk, but it only runs during certain hours, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The grounds are stunning, especially the outdoor pool and gardens, but I did notice some cleanliness issues at the pool area, which left a less-than-perfect impression. Overall, the facilities are great, but attention to detail could be improved.
